How to set up access to Legrand CRM Web Edition

Enabling Legrand CRM Web Edition

To enable Legrand CRM Web Edition for a user, go to your desktop CRM. Open the administration panel in Legrand CRM and click Users > User Accounts.

Select the user account from the list and click on the checkbox next to Has Web Access. After you tick the box, type in a web password and confirm.

Once you set up a password, click on SAVE to set up the user’s access to Legrand CRM Web Edition.

Note: Contact your IT administrator to install Legrand CRM Web Edition.
