How to link a Legrand CRM Company to an existing Customer in ABM Accounting

In some cases, you may have a separate Legrand CRM company record and an ABM Accounting record for the same customer. Legrand CRM enables you to link an existing ABM Account to your CRM company record. Go to the Companies module and select the company record that has not been linked to ABM Accounting. In the ‘Accounting’ tab, click on the icon in the top left and select ‘Link to existing ABM account’.

In the pop-up screen, specify the type of ABM account (i.e. Customer or Supplier) and enter the ‘ABM Account Code’ for that account. The account code is the unique number that identifies the customer or supplier. You can find the ABM account’s type and code in your ABM Accounting system. Once you enter the ABM account details, click ‘SAVE’ to link the two records. 

The icon next to the ‘Accounting’ tab in Legrand CRM indicates that you have successfully linked the CRM record to an ABM account. Once linked, you can view accounting information for that ABM account in Legrand CRM.
