Legrand CRM’s integration with ABM Accounting enables you to import products or services listed in your ABM Accounting system into your CRM database. Go to the administration panel and click on ‘Accounting > Import Products’.
The ‘Import Products’ window displays a list of all your products and services from your ABM Accounting system. Simply, select the records you want to import into your Legrand CRM database and click ‘NEXT’ to confirm.
If you have made changes to products or services from ABM, you can import product updates by selecting ‘Accounting > Import Product Updates’ from the Legrand administration panel.
After you import products and services into Legrand CRM, you can view the items in the Products module. The Products module provides detailed information on each product item. Product information includes part number, part name, type, category, pricing, manufacturing information, product images etc. In addition, you can view assets or quotes related to the products to keep track of item sales and orders.
