Legrand CRM enables you to convert a LCRM Quote into a Sales Order in your ABM Accounting system. To convert a LCRM quote, the customer record in Legrand CRM must exist in your ABM Accounting system. After you link the Legrand CRM company record to ABM and create a quote in LCRM, go to the Companies module and navigate to the ‘Quotes’ tab.
Right-click on the quote and click ‘Convert to Sales Order’. Select the quote from the list of revised quotes and click ‘SAVE AND CONTINUE’. In the next window, type in a customer order number and select an optional sales representative then click ‘CREATE’.
NOTE: Ensure that the contact attached to the Legrand CRM Quote is a primary contact when converting it into a ABM Accounting sales order.
