Define the connection to Constant Contact
Click the icon in the top left corner to access the administration panel.
Select Campaigns > Define E-Marketing Providers.
Select ‘ConstantContact’, enter a connection name, and click ‘SAVE PROVIDER SETTINGS’.
NOTE: The ‘Connection Name’ is a generic name for the connection.
Enter Constant Contact account login details
Legrand CRM will prompt you to enter your Constant Contact account details. Enter your account details and click login to proceed.
Verify access to Constant Contact
Select ‘Allow’ to allow Legrand CRM to access or update your Contact Contact account.
Now you can sync mailing lists to Constant Contact and download campaign results into Legrand CRM to follow up on leads.
