Go to the Lead Inbox module and click the ‘Download Email’ icon to retrieve emails.
Legrand CRM automatically searches your database for an existing company/contact based on the information provided by the sender. Legrand CRM searches for a matching Company Name, Last Name and Email domain.
Legrand CRM also populates data into the fields based on the information provided by the sender for efficient lead processing.
If the email is from an unknown company or contact, ‘Create New’ is automatically selected. If you select an existing contact from the ‘Process Lead’ section, ‘Use Selected’ is automatically selected.
Click the checkbox above each column to record a Company, Opportunity, Ticket or Task. Enter information in the remaining fields and click ‘Create Records’.
