How to delete spam from the Lead Inbox

Go to the Lead Inbox module in Legrand CRM and select the spam email. Right-click and select ‘Ignore’ to move the email into the spam inbox.

Use the drop-down filter and select ‘Ignored’.

Select the spam email and click the ‘delete’ icon. You could also right-click the email and select ‘Delete’ to delete the email.
