The Reporting module provides a summary report on all the Activities, Tasks, Appointments and Opportunities recorded in Legrand CRM. Click the tabs under each heading to view activities by specific period. For example, under Activities, you can search for activities from This month, Last month, This quarter, Year-to-date, Last 12 months, Previous year or view ALL.
All activities will appear in the bottom section. Use the drop down filters and search tool to specify your search criteria. You can also use the icons to access various functions such as printing, exporting lists to Excel and configure the screen layout.
