Go to the administration panel and click on Accounting > Edit Transfer Rules to define the transfer rules.

Direction of address updates for Customers or Vendors/Suppliers
Select ‘Get update from Sybiz SQL to Legrand CRM’ if you want Sybiz SQL to control Customers’ or Suppliers’ addresses and receive updates in Legrand CRM from Sybiz SQL.
Alternatively, select ‘Send update from Legrand CRM to Sybiz SQL’ to manage Customers’ or Suppliers’ addresses in Legrand CRM and send updates to Sybiz SQL.
Updating Legrand CRM company notes and Sybiz SQL customer notes
When you retrieve or send address updates, you can copy Sybiz SQL notes into Legrand CRM or copy Legrand CRM ‘notes’ into Sybiz SQL. Tick the checkbox ‘Update Legrand CRM company notes‘ to copy Sybiz SQL notes into the Legrand CRM company notes field when you retrieve address updates from Sybiz SQL to Legrand CRM.
NOTE: This action will overwrite the Legrand CRM ‘notes’ field.
Alternatively, tick the checkbox ‘Updating Sybiz SQL customer notes’ to copy Legrand CRM company notes into the Sybiz SQL notes field when you send address updates from Legrand CRM to Sybiz SQL.
Click ‘SAVE’ once you define the data transfer and mapping rules.
