Legrand CRM enables you to convert a LCRM Quote into a Sybiz SQL Sales Order. To convert a LCRM quote, the company record in Legrand CRM must exist in your Sybiz SQL accounting system. After you link the Legrand CRM company record to the Sybiz SQL account, go to the Companies module and navigate to the ‘Quotes’ tab. In the quotes tab, right-click on the record and click on ‘Convert to Sales Order’. Select the quote from the list of revised quotes and click ‘SAVE AND CONTINUE’. In the next window, type in a customer order number and select an optional sales representative then click ‘CREATE’.
NOTE: A customer record must already exist in your Sybiz SQL accounting system to convert a LCRM quote into a Sybiz SQL sales order. The contact attached to the Legrand CRM company record must be a primary contact when converting a LCRM quote into a Sybiz SQL sales order.
Once you have successfully converted the LCRM quote into a Sybiz SQL sales order, the quote will close and you can view the sales order in Legrand CRM. To view the Sybiz SQL sales order, click on the ‘Transactions’ tab. Select ‘Orders’ and use the filter to search by period.
