How to create a Customer in QuickBooks from Legrand CRM

NOTE: Legrand CRM requires QuickBooks to be running on your desktop computer. In addition, to create a customer account in QuickBooks, the company record in Legrand CRM needs to have a primary contact.

Go to the Companies module to select a company record and click the ‘Accounting’ tab. In the accounting panel, select the drop-down menu and click ‘Create new Customer account in QuickBooks’.

Select a salesperson and click ‘CREATE’.

After creating the customer in QuickBooks, you can see the customer’s accounting code, accounting ID, sales, receivables and notes in Legrand CRM.
