Manage Contacts using Legrand Outlook Add-In

Legrand CRM enables you to manage your contacts effectively all from within your Outlook account. When you select an email in Outlook that does not exist in your Legrand CRM database, you have the following options:

Create New Contact

From your Outlook account, you can record a new Contact in Legrand CRM. The First Name, Last Name and Email Address fields are pre-filled in the ‘Add New Contact’ form. Click ‘Select Company’ to link an existing Company from Legrand CRM to the new contact. Alternatively, click on the plus icon to create a new company record.

Once you fill in the new contact details, you can transfer the single email into Legrand CRM or open an Advanced Transfer menu.

Add email address to existing Contact

From your Outlook account, you can attach a new email address to an existing Contact in your Legrand CRM database. Use the Outlook Add-In search tool to find the contact record and click ‘Select’. Once you select the contact, click ‘Yes’ in the confirmation pop-up.

Attach email to existing Contact

You can transfer a selected email to Legrand CRM and store the Activity Note in an existing contact record. Use the Outlook Add-In search tool to select the contact and click ‘OK’. In the Advanced Transfer menu, you can link an Opportunity, Campaign or Service Desk ticket related to the email. You can also include or exclude attachments in the transfer.
