Legrand CRM enables you to convert a LCRM Quote into an MYOB AccountRight Sales Order. To convert a LCRM quote, the customer record in Legrand CRM must exist in your MYOB AccountRight database. After you link the Legrand CRM company record to MYOB AccountRight, go to the Companies module and navigate to the ‘Quotes’ tab.
In the quotes tab, right-click on the record and click on Convert to Sales Order. Select the quote from the list of revised quotes and click ‘SAVE AND CONTINUE’. In the next window, type in a customer order number and select an optional sales representative then click ‘CREATE’.
